Want something like this?

A family investment company with six working services needed one site that made the whole structure legible.

Oom Carlo's Investments CC was founded in Oranjemund by Kurt Sauerwein in 2014. A decade on, the company runs six directions of work: transport and supply, fleet management, consultancy, real estate, construction and mechanical, and security. Each direction serves different buyers on different routes between Oranjemund, Lüderitz, Keetmanshoop and Windhoek. Like every diversified group, the risk online is the same either way: say everything at once and the visitor cannot tell what you do; split into microsites and the one-accountable-roof argument disappears.

The audience is southern Namibian procurement: Namdeb staff-transport planners, shipping companies arranging crew changes, developers, property owners. A buyer in that category asks two questions first. Can you actually run this work on this corridor? And who is accountable when something slips? The site had to answer both without padding.

The brief was to present the six services as one standard, make the family accountability the brand, show the corridor plainly, and let the track record speak with named, dated engagements instead of adjectives.

Six named services, one family name behind all of them.

Six named services, one family name behind all of them.

The site leads with the company's own line: One family. Six services. One standard. From there it branches into the six services, each with a one-line promise (Transport and Supply — arrive on time, every time; Fleet Management — one system, not five problems; Consultancy — compliance off your desk; Real Estate — assets that keep earning; Construction and Mechanical — built once, built right; Security — designed around your risk). A buyer picks their direction in the first screen and never has to read about the other five.

The family accountability is carried by the founder story. Kurt Sauerwein founded the company in 2014 and the Sauerwein family name is on every job, so drivers, mechanics and guards treat the work like their own. The site says that plainly instead of hiding it behind corporate language, because in a family business the name is the differentiator.

The corridor is mapped explicitly: Oranjemund, Lüderitz, Keetmanshoop, Windhoek. Regular routes connect the towns with shuttle services, car rentals and specialised crew and airport transfers. The track record lists six recorded engagements since 2020, for Namdeb, shipping companies, developers and property owners, each with client, location and dates, including the Namdeb staff shuttle contract running since 2022 and airport transfer services since 2021. The contact path is direct: +264 83 675 5493 and info@oci.com.na. Nothing on the site asks you to fill in a form and wait.

What carried the result

Six services routed in the first screen

Each of the six directions gets a numbered entry with a one-line promise. A buyer self-selects immediately instead of reading a generic group overview and guessing which part applies to them.

The corridor stated, not implied

Oranjemund, Lüderitz, Keetmanshoop, Windhoek. Southern Namibian buyers need to know the routes are real and regular; the site maps them instead of gesturing at a service area.

A dated, named track record

Six recorded engagements since 2020, including the Namdeb staff shuttle contract from 2022 and airport transfers from 2021, each with client, location and dates. Dated records beat undated claims.

Phone-first contact

Two mobile numbers and a direct email, visible without hunting. On a family-group site for operational buyers, the call is the conversion — the site's job is to make it one tap away.

One family. Six services. One standard.

A site that routes six services without diluting the family behind them.

Oom Carlo's Investments launched with a site where a transport planner, a property owner and a developer each find their own entry point in seconds, while one standard stays visible behind all six. The one-call positioning — one roof, one invoice, one accountable family — is stated rather than argued.

The site carries a visible Made by Tangison Studio credit, and the pattern is the same one this studio practices everywhere: name what can be checked, date what can be verified, and let the record carry the credibility.
