A Windhoek trade services company had to explain eight lines of work without sounding like eight different companies. Mundesha Investment One CC has served government, mining, retail and hospitality clients since 2016: air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical works, cleaning, construction and tiling, catering and events, supply and logistics, maintenance and repairs. The owner carries over 20 years in electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration alone.

The audience is institutional. A facilities manager at a mine, a government procurement officer or a hotel group asks three questions fast: do you actually do this trade, do you reach my region, and can I check your record. Mundesha works across Omaheke, Erongo, Otjozondjupa, Oshana, Oshikoto and Khomas, with a project record from 2016 to 2025 that includes Swakop Uranium, GIPF, Coca-Cola and the Ministry of Justice. That record is the pitch, and it had to be published, not summarized.

The brief was to keep the company's own line, Your needs, Our Business, present the eight services as one team under one number, +264 81 277 7553, publish the project record with named clients, and make Request a quote the single action every page supports.

Eight services under one roof, routed in the first screen.

Eight services under one roof, routed in the first screen.

The home page answers with the promise the owner makes on site: one number to call, one team that shows up. Each of the eight services gets its own page with its own scope, split units for offices, clinics, schools and government buildings; cold rooms, freezer rooms and reefer service; distribution boards, underground cable, solar gates; commercial cleaning delivered to site; renovations, water tank stands, brickwork and tiling; catering for corporate and site clients; supply and delivery of maintenance equipment; laundry machinery, hot water systems and general building maintenance. A buyer picks their trade in the first screen and never reads the other seven.

The numbers stand where procurement looks for them. Founded 2016, over 20 years of owner experience, six regions served, and a project record from 2016 to 2025 naming Swakop Uranium, GIPF, Coca-Cola and the Ministry of Justice. In institutional buying, a checkable name with a date beats an adjective, so the record is a page, not a logo wall.

The process is four steps, stated plainly: tell the team what you need by call, WhatsApp or form, get the quote, the job runs, the site is left clean. Every page ends at Request a quote or the phone number, and the footer closes with the studio credit: Made by Tangison Studio.

What carried the result

Routed by trade

Each service owns a page with its real scope, from reefer units to solar gates. A mining facilities manager lands on refrigeration without reading past seven other trades to find it.

The record is the pitch

Swakop Uranium, GIPF, Coca-Cola and the Ministry of Justice, with dates from 2016 to 2025, published as a page. Institutional buyers check claims; the site hands them the names to check.

Six regions, stated

Omaheke, Erongo, Otjozondjupa, Oshana, Oshikoto and Khomas are written out, not implied by a map. Reach is a promise a buyer can hold the company to.

One number closes it

Request a quote, call, or WhatsApp all end at +264 81 277 7553. Eight services, one conversation, no form that swallows an urgent job.

Eight trade services. One number to call.

A site that shows one accountable team behind eight trades.

Mundesha launched with all eight services, the regional footprint, the named project record and one quote path on every page. A procurement officer can verify the record in one visit, and a facilities manager can dial +264 81 277 7553 from any screen without hunting for a contact page.

The pattern holds for multi-trade Namibian contractors: route by trade, not by company structure, publish the record with names and dates, and keep one action per page. Eight doors into one house works better than one crowded hallway.
